  • Write a letter to your past self, offering words of encouragement and acknowledging the strength you’ve shown.

  • What does inner strength look like to you? Write about how you embody it.

  • What are three things you’ve learned about yourself since beginning your healing journey?

  • What are three things you can do this week to nurture your physical, mental, and emotional health?

  • What boundaries do you need to set to protect your time and energy for self-care?

  • How can you show kindness to yourself on tough days? Make a list of comforting activities or affirmations.

  • Imagine your life five years from now. What are you doing? Who are you with?

  • Write about your ideal version of self-love. What does it look like, sound like, or feel like?

  • How can you celebrate small victories in your recovery?
