Overview and Experience

I am a High Conflict Divorce Coach and family law paralegal with a degree in Applied Science in Legal Support and Services, backed by several years of experience in the family court system. Combining professional expertise with personal experience navigating narcissism and the intricacies of family law, I deeply understand the challenges individuals face during high-conflict divorces and family cases. My mission is to guide you through the complexities of the family court system while offering emotional support during one of the most challenging times in your life. I specialize in documenting incidents involving you and/or your children, strategizing for mediation, Guardian ad Litem meetings, and court hearings. My goal is to equip you with effective communication tools, help you manage reactive responses through radical acceptance, establish and maintain boundaries with your former partner, and set realistic expectations with the judicial system. Above all, I am committed to providing you with the courage, confidence, and support needed to successfully navigate your high-conflict divorce or family case.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (CST). Evening and weekend appointments are also available upon request to accommodate your needs.
