Overview and Experience

I always knew that helping people discover who they are or who they could be would be my life long journey. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addictions Counselor, and a Certified High Conflict Divorce Coach, I have walked many paths in this life including milieu staff, therapeutic mentor, therapist, program director, and business owner. I will guide you, consult with you on what steps to take next, and work with you to develop strategies so you can live the life that you deserve. I know first hand what it feels like to be manipulated, confused, misunderstood, and like no one understands what you are going through. NO ONE understands unless they have been there themselves. Allow me to walk with you on this journey....I understand, I have been where you are. I will be your guide, consultant, strategy partner, and coach.
