As someone who has experienced a high-conflict divorce and created a new life "on the other side", I coach and support women navigating difficult divorces as they develop strategies for co-parenting, communication, documentation, and court processes. As a trauma-informed narcissistic abuse recovery specialist, I can also assist with PTSD and other stress-related ailments that can arise from dealing with high-conflict personalities.
