Overview and Experience

I have been trained through the only certification program in the world that is focused on High Conflict Divorces with Tina Swiftin. There are specialized skills not needed in your average divorce. I've been trained to help clients through various stages of divorcing a high-conflict individual including setting goals, formulating a strategy, co-parenting with a toxic individual, family court 101 realities, documentation, and understanding who you are dealing with. I myself have been through a trial.

I can help you keep calm in the eyes of the storm and all the chaos this individual brings. I have my certification in Trauma Sensitive Yoga and have taken several meditation classes to help take you out of that freeze or flight moment in a couple of seconds. Practicing breathing and what you can control will be part of your lifesaving skills as you navigate these challenging waters. After navigating my own high conflict divorce, I'm equipped with first hand knowledge to walk you through yours. My own battle was almost 4 years just in the court system. Have you been wishing for someone who just "got" what you're going through?
