Overview and Experience

My mission is to partner with women and moms divorcing high-conflict individuals (abusers, narcissists, etc.) by providing strategic guidance along with empathy and compassionate support as we navigate the battle together. The goal of every session with a client is that they walk away feeling seen, heard, and empowered with actionable steps to bring them closer to their desired result. I am dedicated to getting in the trenches with each and every client—guiding women and moms through the storms of divorce and custody battles, towards rebuilding their lives and thriving beyond abuse and survival mode. I have over 20 years of lived experience in an abusive marriage—including physical, sexual, financial, spiritual, reproductive, and psychological abuse. More importantly, I am an overcomer and thriver, with almost 15 years of recovery from alcohol addiction, as well as healing from depression, anxiety, and C-PTSD, and rescuing myself and my six kids from a toxic situation. With a background in nursing and certification as a Coercive Control Trauma-Informed Coach, I am passionate about helping moms be the best parents and co-parents possible by putting their children first and building resilience in themselves and their children.

Hours of Operation - Flexible - day, evening, and weekend hours available
