Hi, I’m Leonie. I am one of Australia’s first practising, accredited High Conflict Divorce Coaches.

In a high-conflict divorce, nothing is clear. The goalposts continually shift. You can feel uncertain or scared. Your partner is what’s called a high conflict person. According to the High Conflict Institute, a high conflict person may blame you for problems, not be able to manage his emotions, have all-or-nothing thinking, and show extreme behavior – even in front of your children.

A lot of this happens behind closed doors, while, on the outside, everything looks fine.
