Overview and Experience

Jody has been a nurse practitioner for 24 years during which time she has sat with countless women and listened to their stories. If anything has solidified during this experience it is that there is a clear brain/gut connection and, in fact, our body really does keep score.

After ending a 20 year marriage during which time she “inadvertently got her PhD in Narcissism“ and suffering through the terror we now know as Post Separation Abuse, Jody eventually came across this certification course for High Conflict Divorce Coaches and Solidarity Consulting was born.

She offers one on one consultation to help with strategy in parenting plan development, streamlining documentation so your time with the attorney is most effective, navigating the emotional upheaval of communication with your ex, and moving towards clarity and emotional resilience all through the lens of trauma awareness. She also offers zoom group meetings for, well, solidarity. You don’t have to do this alone.
