Overview and Experience

As a mother of two young children and educator of over 20 years, Jen uses her knowledge and experiences to support parents and families through the unique challenges they may face, and help them not only survive these challenges, but thrive within them. Jen is a PCI Certified Parent Coach® and HCDCCP Certified High Conflict Divorce Coach & Consultant, and has extensive experience working with families, particularly mothers from her local women's shelters/domestic violence organizations.  Jen is especially sensitive to the unique needs of those co-parenting within the family court system and brings empathy and compassion to her work.  Jen will help you mindfully support your children, authentically and strategically navigate the family court system, successfully co-parent/parallel-parent, navigate day-to-day challenges, and find peace and purpose in the now
