Overview and Experience

I once sat where you sat, trying to figure out and pin point what the heck was going in your marriage. While navigating the decay of a life I once knew, I did more research and reading then I did in college, now just on the topic of narcissistic abuse. I have the added bonus of experiencing the devastating effects of a malignant smear campaign that bled over to the majority of my family and close friends. I consumed my share of divorce wine and frozen pizza, yet pieced together a life that is brighter now than I could have ever imagined years ago slumped down on the laundry room floor. I became a certified High Conflict Divorce Coach in June 2022, and work closely with the Covert Narcissism Group, leading book clubs & support groups while also being Head Moderator for the CNG Facebook pages. I am thrilled to help those navigate a path out of their chaos to a better ground.
